Gary Duran is a lifesaver. Gary came over and fixed the heat and taught us so much about our home. We've got two young kids and they were sleeping in igloos until Gary came in and saved everybody. Gary, if you're reading this or if somebody who works there is and then shows it to you, you are the man. Thank you so much for all your help and your care. Casey and Bob did a great job on my boiler. They were concerned for our well being since the temperature had dropped and we had no heat. They were able to get the parts and get our boiler fixed quickly. Thank you Garden State Heating.
Bobby and his team at Garden State have been phenomenal to work with. They helped us to switch our first floor from historic oil-based/radiant heat to a full ducted system. Bobby answered countless questions and provided multiple options, at multiple price points throughout the project to help us determine what worked best for us and met our needs. During our add-a-level construction, Bobby worked seamlessly with our many contractors while planning out and installing the second floor system. We have nothing but good things to say about our experiences.
I had just bought a new place, and I knew the HVAC was going to need replacing, I just didn't expect it to die the day we were moving in, which was also during the August heat wave. When I contacted them, they were very quick to respond and I felt heard & understood, in the first call and all subsequent calls.
Garden State Air Conditioning came out to inspect and gave me a few options. It was best to have the whole system replaced, which was scheduled just a few days later. The price was a very fair one for a such great unit. In the meantime, they installed window units to keep us comfortable in the living room and bedrooms.
The day of installation, the crew came in right on time and worked very quickly. Joe, Ramsey, and Gary were absolutely fantastic! They also found and addressed a problem in the system that other installers may have likely missed or ignored. I highly recommend them.
Danielle was very helpful and Jack arrived in less than an hour from my call on a Sunday when we had no heat. He was very professional and knowledgable and was able to diagnose and fix our furnace quickly. He was honest and the price they charged was very fair. I would definitely recommend Garden State Heating and Air Conditioning.
